We recently had an issue with achieving tight tolerance filter concentricity. We contacted OPM and they immediately responded including a site visit. My engineers worked shoulder to shoulder with OPM to identify a viable design modification. OPM then worked to make the appropriate fixture modifications. Thanks to our partnership with OPM we were able to design fixture correction and have samples for qualification in days not weeks. OPM’s expertise and rapid response allowed us to quickly improve the product acceptance rate and maintain production volumes.
