What To Expect From Our CNC Machine Shop

When machining your parts, we start your project with a 2/3d model of your parts/tools to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances. After you and our engineers approve the designs, the CAD file will then be translated into G-Code for our CNC Machines. After we have confirmed the project details, we will take the most cost-effective stock and machine the part to your specifications. Your part will then be moved to post-processing, where any surface finishes will be applied, and quality will be ensured upon multiple inspections throughout the machining processes. We will then ship your parts with your preferred shipping method.
